Step 1: Select Your Service & Check Policy

Go to the booking website (or call) and choose the service you want (e.g., Classic Full Set, Hybrid Fill, or Lash Lift & Tint).

Review the salon's Cancellation and Fill Policies (especially for Fills, which often require at least 40% of lashes remaining and must be within a 2-3 week window).

Step 2: Choose Date/Time & Secure Your Spot

Select your preferred date, time, and technician from the available slots.

Enter your contact information and be prepared to provide a credit card to secure the booking. A deposit or card-on-file is typically required to protect against no-shows or late cancellations.

Step 3: Complete Pre-Appointment Preparation

Arrive with impeccably clean eyes: This is critical. Do not wear any mascara, eyeliner, or eye shadow.

Avoid oil-based products: For 24 hours prior, do not use oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, or heavy creams around the eye area, as oil breaks down the lash adhesive.

Wear glasses, not contacts: If you wear contact lenses, remove them before your appointment to ensure maximum comfort while your eyes are closed for an extended period.

Step 4: Initial Consultation & Customization

When you arrive, you will have a brief consultation with your technician.

This is the time to discuss your desired look (length, curl, volume) and show any inspiration photos. Your artist will confirm the best style for your natural lash health before beginning the relaxing application process.
